Foundation is in place. Now I test it in the real world. I validate messaging, refine objection handling, and start pulling you out of every sales conversation. If hiring is on the table, this is where I do it right - right role, right person, right moment.
By the end of this phase, you have a repeatable sales motion and a team that knows how to execute it.

The system is running. The team knows how to sell. My involvement drops but the strategic presence stays — deal reviews, forecasting, pipeline discipline, and a senior sales perspective at the executive table when you need it.
This phase ends when you've outgrown it. And that's exactly the goal.
